OPEN! 19 West Road, Orleans (Phare/Cape Cod Five) – Pennrose is now accepting applications for the 62-unit mixed-income family rental development currently under construction. The new development involves the adaptive re-use of a former bank headquarters building, combined with a new addition and two separate townhouse buildings. *Applications must be submitted by mail and must be postmarked by April 8, 2025.
